Former student Alexandra has been inspired to change perceptions and celebrate the diversity of NHS staff with her Faces of the NHS project.

"You don't look like a medical student".
Alexandra said: "Having experienced lots of discrimination both before and through medical school, I thought it was about time to start breaking down outdated stereotypes and replace them with the celebration of diversity amongst our amazing NHS workforce."
